Well... 31st came and went and no iphone!
so i called at about 5pm and by the time i got transfered to the fight department they were shut. so i ring again the next day being the 1st now and after over an hour and a half on hold to the delivery department apparently it was not their problem and transfered me back to sales as well as sending an email to the person who processed my order... what this achieved i will never know as he was supposed to ring me to fix up what appeared to be some sort of internal error. well he never rang and now for the remainder of friday and all of today (saturday) i have been chasing my own tail trying to find somebody to actually help me rectify the situation however it seems nobody in any department at any level including the managers want anything to do with my problem.
so i put it out there has anything like this happened to you? how was your problem resolved?

No offense as I'm sure you are a bit annoyed at Optus as you do not have your phone yet but it has only been a total of 5 days since you ordered your phone. There are people that are still waiting for their phones that ordered them on the 11th of July.
Just to put it in perspective for you..
