iPhone at Apple Store (Sydney)
Just wondering if anyone knows if you can do plan upgrades (existing Optus customer) at the Apple store in Sydney or can you only signup for new accounts?

Looking to get a 16GB model and want to know whether it is possible or whether I should just order at OW store.

Well at the launch the Apple Store guy said it's the same as being in an Optus/Telstra/Vodafone store, so I don't see why not.

I did a contract upgrade last saturday, existing optus customer.

I was 6th in line at 7am, I finally got served at 8.30, and I was the FIRST customer to leave with my iPhone.

So it has to be an easier process for existing customers with upgrades etc. I even had to pay out my existing contract!
