WiFi hotspots 1st gen iphone
do sydneys wifi hotspots work with iphone 1st gen? My mate needs to now, but cant be bothered signing up lol.

Location: Sydney, Australia.
The WiFi functionality of the iPhone 2.5G is the same as 3G. If he connects to a hotspot he has paid access to (e.g Telstra) or a free hotspot, he should connect just fine.
