How long did your number take to port?
I got my iphone from optus on Thursday and it is now late in the Sunday afternoon and my number still hasn't ported from Vodafone.

Signed all paperwork 7:45am 11th July, ported over from Telstra to Optus 11am 16th July after numerous calls and Optus store visits. No explanation for delay.

When was the request put in? I am thinking of making the switch from Vodafone to Optus as well and would like to know the time interval (downtime) between putting in the request to Vodafone and having it 100% operational, on the Optus network.
The last time I ported (Virgin to Vodafone) it took some time before everything was 100%. |

Voda to Optus....7 days on 1 phone, still waiting on the other, supposedly tomorrow it goes online.

Time it took from Three phone to not recognise SIM til iPhone SIM active - about 2 minutes.

I would have been one of the first, I'd imagine Huy. I was lucky enough to pick up a 16GB Black at around 9.30am on the Friday. By the time I walked out, about 45 mins later (they were having computer problems - like everyone else) I had ported. Really, took about 20 mins. |

I got mine from Optus Brisbane Thursday arvo... sunday night still not working. I've been on the phone to them multiple times a day and there's always a new excuse. They've promised me $50 credit on my first month bill though all these issues...
