Poll: Is 2.0 bugging you? Next update?
It seems in nearly every iPhone thread, somebody is expressing how dissapointed or fustrated they are at the lag and bugs in FW 2.0 for iPhone. Is it bugging you? When do you think Apple will release the next update?
Sometime soon I hope
Tom

No, I personally LOVE it when, as I am launching an app, my lovely iPod touch decides that restarting itself is the best thing for me (and perhaps world poverty).

Safari crashes far too often, and typing in some textboxes in Safari is a pain (view jumps to different part of the page and back on entering a key, no idea why).
I am looking forward to an update, but it's still usable in its current form.

Sometimes the Settings application decides not to load (quite often actually around 25% of the time), Applications crash and cause a restart when opening, and they take forever to finish installing.

I haven't had any issues with the software.
It might not feel as 'snappy' as 1.1.4 on the iPhone (1st generation) but I like the improvements to 2.0.
It will be heaps better, by the time 2.1.4 (or something) rolls around... many moons from now.

There are obvious conclusions to be made from this thread, .... and similar post's in others.
1. Apps download snappily.
2. Safari has never crashed, and is nice and quick.
3. synching is fine across all three sites, Macbook/ mobileme / iphone.
The only issue's I have had so far is with the Contacts, which at times are a tad unresponsive, but that could be due to the size of my contacts folder, i will wait and see how it goes. The other bug was with Cro-Mag rally, but an update seems to have fixed that.
Don't forget there is a "middle man" involved here, so issues you may be having, may not necessarily be with the software, or for that matter, the Hardware.

So you're saying that because you're with Telstra, Safari never crashes?
Now I know whenever my Mac crashes, I'll just blame the power company.

I'm not necessarily saying that and I'm not being sarcastic, but like I said, things are working fine for me so far, but I am in the middle of surfers and have an excellent signal strength, and Wi-fi hotspots everywhere.
where you are and who your with has got to come into the equation somewhere.
It's early days, but sure, it wouldn't hurt to make thus poll a little more carrier specific. It would if nothing else, clarify the issue more.

All power companies deliver the same 240Volts to houshold consumers.
Not all Telco's deliver the same service, if your internet was slow, would you not consider it was possibly the Telco's fault, BEFORE you blamed your Macbook?
