can't get movies on iphone

i have converted some movie to mp4 and can view them in itunes but the won't send to my phone has anyone had the same problem or is it just me

Try deleting them from iTunes then importing and syncing again.

Do you movies meet the resolution and bit rate requirements of the iPhone? How did you convert them to mp4?

I converted it using apex iPhone video convert and the output was iPhone mp4

Right click on it in iTunes and select "Convert selection for iPod/iPhone"...

I know, pretty hi tech stuff, I had to go to MIT to figure it out.

tryed that to buy still wont load to iphone when you go into the iphone tap in itunes then go to movies it saids that there are no rented movies in your itunes library that can be transferred to this iphone
