buy from an Optus reseller, not Optus - Telechoice et al seem to get faster deliveries...

WEEKLY REPORT:
Just made my weekly call to OW Morayfield - maybe next week, they tell me.
Expressed my dissatisfaction. They gave me the Customer Service number 1300 300 937,
who spoke with Deliveries (heard that one?) and the Store and obtained information that I couldn't get - there are 9 people ahead of me on the Store's raincheck list, so it should be any day now. They WILL call me when it's in. (of course, but I'm already paying for the full service & the phone!)
Why couldn't the store tell me that?
Are there -really- 9 ahead of me or does 10th on the list just sound like a good number? I note that no one here has been given a number.
I'd like to think I'm special, but everyone seems to be getting this kind of run-around - next step, TIO?
Customer Service tells me I can get the store to organise (over the phone, while I'm there... with Customer Service) the appropriate refund for services I couldn't use before phone was delivered. I'll tell you how that goes.
