Man i would like to think there be loads of stock, knowing it been just over a month since the iphone came out. Hang in there people it is worth the wait.

optus told my wife when she rang up and ordered her it would be 2 weeks for the 8gig delivered to her door (which she got). If she wanted the 16g they were unable to give a time frame but at least a minimum of a month and likely a lot longer as they just can't get anywhere near enough stock to meet the demand.

exactly 1 month and I finally have my Black 16gig Iphone.

they sed it had been there for a week. I was way to happy to be like wtf?

but I have to wait for my number to be ported from 3.

how long does this usually take?

telechoice chatswood were out of stock and when last week I ordered a 16 black & 8 gb iphone . They couldn't give a time frame . I was pleasantly suprised when the 16gb arrived 5 days later.

Last month I RC'd a Black 16gb from Optus. 2 weeks pass and I hear nothing. I ring them up and the guy who took my order did it very "messy" which meant I had to re-order! They then tell me black 16gbs are out of stock so i just ask them for a white 16gb. Today i got sent to my house via Toll, i open the box... IT's BLACK

i rainchecked a prepaid 16gig iphone the day after it came out and never got it.
They keep telling me one week later this and that and today i rang, optus tells me that they are happy to give back my $100.

I pre-ordered a black 16GB pre-paid iphone on the launch day from the Blacktown NSW store and I'm still waiting. I've been told that I just had to wait for them to call me. No timeframe. No apology. No explanation.

finally got my 16gig black from eliz collins
spoke to the bloke there
rkns they have around 100 in stock
and ppl who raincheck after the 16th up to order # 100
should expect to get a call within the week

i went today to check if it had come in at north melbourne ow. was dissapointed it hadnt but the guy said i was on top of the list so should be soon at least *sigh*
