Not if you plan on making calls, it's not just the data that sucks about Telstra's plans.

btw does any1 know and can confirm that Telstra staff plans offer $39cap gives u 600 worth of calls??
if this is true....why can't we get something similar!!!

Back to the poster. You'll find it difficult to spend 1 GB of data on the iPhone. The only time you'll find it reasonable is when you're in the bush or at an area where you don't get 3G coverage on other networks.
