That's strange, could this be a hardware problem? I'm sure you've tried restoring the iPhone software... Do you have any particular web sites the crash can be reproduced with?
I have yet to see a single crash in any app (knock on wood). There has been a graphics corruption glitch once in one of the games I use, but that's it.

And I don't want to pay them any money at all... I'm sure we can reach some sort of compromise where they give me what I want and I pay for what I use (i.e. downloading uncached data).

not sure if this has been mentioned (i lost track of this thread a while ago) but I have my iphone to sync with certain playlists i have setup in itunes. all the playlists are in the one folder for easy access. this works however there are 'unclicked' playlists showing on my iphone. i can see them in both itunes and on the phone. its kind of annoying because there are about 25 when there should only be about 4 or 5. I've tried syncing other lists/removing the playlists but they just keep coming back! little help?

How do you get the Apps you purchase to appear in iTunes. Only 6 of the 12 I have purchased have synched with itunes and appear on the Macbook?
also, when I open iTunes it tells me there is 1 Update available in the Apps section, but then when I check, it says no updates available, yet there is stilla 1 next to apps in the iTunes menu, and when you click on the Tab, it still says 1 update available? 
Anyone??

folks,
Syncing apps to 2 iPhones works, wife and I double up on many apps with no problems yet.
There is a tick box called " manually manage music and videos" on the main info screen in iTunes.
Click this and you won't have to sync music anymore

From iTunes select iPhone then application check sync applications i think? Works for me.

Can anyone log into Westpac internet banking on their iphone? I can't - it refuses to validate the user name or the password doesn't specify which...

Can you check your account/purchase history in iTunes?
I have a receipt from iTunes Store for an application that I paid for that isn't in my payment history OR in my own iTunes on my computer. But it is on my phone!
I think the app was purchased on the phone, and bizzarely, it is listed on the same receipt as a bunch of apps that do appear in my payment history and in iTunes.
If you still have the receipts for the app in your email, click on the 'Report a Problem' link and report the issues |

I managed to do it. Enter your ID number first using the input keyboard and, instead of hitting "GO" at the bottom right, hit "done" at the top right of the input keyboard which takes you back to the sign in screen. Then using the on-line key buttons, enter your password (which was the hardest part 'cos 3/4 of each letter is cut off on the buttons). Then hit "sign in".

I still can't drag music from my Mac's library to my iPhone, even with this selected. I should be able to, shouldn't I? |

I had that problem. Thread here.
Go to File->Transfer Purchases from iPhone in iTunes and they will go across.
