Excellent suggestion! Imagine being woken at 3am because a spam email or an unimportant subscription email came through. Either stop checking or don't notify audibly during specified times would be great.
It seems Apple has avoided putting in too many common sense features in fear of disrupting the phones perceived ease of use.

Try getting a custom ringtone and see how that goes, or use the old phone tone, that should be loud enough, surely?
I've not had an issue with the volume of the ringtones.

The ability to sync/merge with more than one Mac. So I can have my ringtones and some playlists on my work machine and apps, more music, videos, more playlists on my home machine.
And the ability to drag music/videos to the iPhone like I can with my iPod without having to re-sync everything thereby deleting previously loaded stuff.

Hi all,
If anyone could help me with this, that'd be awesome, thanks in advanced!!
Let's say I have 2 iPhones and 1 computer, so it means I use same iTunes for 2 iPhones.
If I bought an application from iTunes, can I load it into 2 iPhones or just 1?
How's the free application, can I load it into 2 iPhones using same iTunes??
Thanks again.

Well I knew about the bluetooth and MMS issues before I bought the phone, so there's nothing to complain about there.
However, not being able to forward text messages is my main problem as I recieve a lot of joke texts and enjoy forwarding them to my friends (retyping them is just too much of a hassle for it to be worth it). I also wouldn't mind being able to delete specific texts from a "conversation" instead of just wiping the whole thing. These are just little gripes though, and hopefully the latter will be applied in an update maybe?
Another issue I'm having, but this may just be due to me being a n00b, is not being able to transfer music straight to my iPhone like my iPod, instead I have to sync playlists. I'll have to have a play around with this more though before I list it as an actual complaint.
Other than that, it's an awesome phone! I was amazed at how easy it was to set up my email account (through my ISP) in the email section. The browser is also brilliant, and I'm actually surprised at how little data I'm using (I don't even get 3g and the speed is most definately useable). I went with a 500mb plan thinking I'd blow it, but after a few days of light browsing and application usage I'm only up to 7.2mb (mind you, I'm steering clear of youtube - actually I can't use it due to some messed up setting, it says I need a cellular data plan or wifi to use it, even though I'm able to surf the rest of the web).

Safari crashes on me ALL the time, I can't use it without there being at least one crash. It's a joke.

Yeah, I had this problem too. However, I solved it, I think there's an option to manually manage music, or some such. Have a play around with the options and you'll be able to transfer music straight to your iPhone, as you would your iPod.
When I'm next got it plugged in I'll find the exact name of the command.

Should be fine, I've loaded all my apps (free & paid) onto my wife's iPod Touch.
