[Speculation] Vodafone Plan Info - Part 2
Okay, the older thread ( here), was getting way too out of hand with over 1,500 posts. So, here's a new one!
At this stage (6PM, 8th July) - we have 0 info on Vodafone's plans for Australia in regards to the iPhone.
Anything else mentioned is pure speculation until it appears on Vodafone's Australian website.
I will also refer you to the The Great Big, Constantly Updated, Australian iPhone FAQ v2.0 for general iPhone info and links to other threads on the forum on topics related to the iPhone, but aren't about Vodafone.
These briefly appeared on the Australian Vodafone website at around 9.50AM (AEST), on the 9th of July: (thanks to Xenex for sending them to me)
But as of 10.15AM, have been removed.

Went into the Hobart Vodafone Store today. A staff member could confirm that the store would be getting them on Friday (mainlanders might say duh, I know a couple of us were worried that Tassie mightn't get any iPhones until launch). The store would not be opening at midnight, rather the normal opening time at 9am. Apparently she'd signed a massive NDA about ten minutes before I'd walked in, and couldn't say any more

Nothing publicly announced at this stage. I heard some juicy stuff about Optus plans yesterday but thats off-topic here and I don't wish to add speculation so I'm gonna sit back on it

Hi everyone,
I've been reading Mac Talk Australia for the last 4 months just signed up recently. I have to say that this is an awsome site. Anyway back on topic.
I saw the vodafone prices for NZ this morning.
Choose your iPhone plans - Vodafone NZ
The AU prices might be similar.
Regards
iRuler

I walked into a Vodafone (Doncaster Shoppingtown) store today, the rep said that not all Vodafone stores will stock the phone and indicated that their store may not. The rep didn't give much information away at all.
Just thought I'd add this to the speculation and hype.
