Early store opening and priority queuing
As a registered deposit holder you'll be entitled to 2 hours early entry and priority queuing all day on 11 July at participating Optus World, Telechoice, Strathfield, Network Comms and Allphones stores.
But remember, stock is strictly limited, your holding deposit does not guarantee you a phone - just the opportunity to be one of the first. We're expecting some long queues on the day, so plan to get there early.
Help us make you happy
July 11 is going to be a memorable day! To make sure your experience is as happy as possible, we'd like to get some more information on your preferences.

Im thinking of doing exactly this, I am less than half way through a 3 plan so pre paid pricing i don't care about. I will wait to see what Vodafone bring out and see where i go from there

Damn, I didn't pay the $100. If anyone with the holding fee decide to go to Telstra, I'd really love to have your priority queuing spot.

I'm not quite getting the '+' symbols, and whether the details about them apply to wherever a +'' symbol is shown.
For instance, down the bottom where is says this:
Do the "Rollover" call credits apply to the cap plans as well, or just the yes plans?
[edit: Ah... Got it - yes it does apply. The name of the image file is "Post-Paid-YesPlanBenefits.gif" so it applies to both plans] That's nice! Does any other provider currently do that?
[edit 2: Oops... Was assuming post paid = cap plan... Just yes plans then I guess.... Anyways, I think they should use a different symbol for the Yes plans]

Telstra are looking a little more appealing to me at this stage. I don't like the idea of handset repayments. The handset repayments on some alone equal up to over $600

Handset repayments are optional, no? I don't see the outright price on the post paid plans anywhere...
