I hadn't read whether anyone had pointed this out yet so: Did you notice International Voice calls are included in the Yes Plans but are excluded in the Yes Caps?

Small part of my calling habits, but interesting nonetheless.

Out of interest, I just checked my card and my deposit has not been refunded at this stage. My invoice number is in the early 500's. I'm waiting to see Vodafone's plans before making a decision on who to go with though.

Yeah, its worked a treat for me so far. Never got anything out of the blue. As for the missus' phone... mmm. thats another story... (not coz Optus stuff up, or the warning thing doesnt work, jus coz she goes nuts on her phone occasionally. and by occasionally i mean always )

The only thing to note is that this measures things within your cap. So things excluded from (i.e. int'l calls/roaming) do not trigger this warning. Basically, as long as i know what is included and what isnt... then its all good

I agree it dose like like the better option of it all. Though i am thinking of going for the $89 cap. Not that i make that many calls but, in term of data.

I would say most, if not all optus worlds and partners.

I thought the $79 cap was a little better value. I don't think I'd go over the 700MB a month, however I have only been using data on a 2G f\phone so far. The 3G makes it alot easier to check emails, weather etc.

It's not just you! I've lusted after an iPhone since it was released but never had the will or desire to deal with the hassle of the jailbreaking scene. However, I nearly caved a couple of times but in the end I'm glad I didn't. Not long to go now...

I'm getting prep'ed up to do an all nighter at The Optus Store, Rundle Mall, Adelaide. i wouldn't be a happy if i missed out, so an all nighter is the way to go!

An Optus employee told me not all Optus World would have them on stock for sale. So my guess is a to their resellers for the time being.

I would assume that they decided which Optus World stores to offer the iPhone at based on user preference feedback. I am sure they will balance it out based on postcodes as well as individual stores.
