WARNING: eBay iPhone
When on eBay searching for iPhone's, as I know some of you may not like the latest iPhone, for whatever reason, be sure to check the item does in fact include, an iPhone.
Case in Point:
Apple iPhone 8Gb Original Box and Manual

Seriously, if you fall for something so obvious, you deserve to get scammed.
Although the people who post this shit on ebay are the scum of the earth by taking advantage of stupid shoppers.

I have reported this to ebay, even though, when you know it's not a phone, it is misleading, as it's listed under iphone.
Clearly the seller is using the popularity to make a quick buck.

but it clearly says twice that no phone is included this is for the box only, i dont see any issue with the listing except people have bid. If the box sold for $5 there would be no problem so why should ebay get involved?

Exactly. They get what they deserved. Unfortunately there are a lot of dumb people around. And no doubt if they get "misled" then they will kick up a big fuss about it. And before we know it, they would have a feature on "Today Tonight"
groan...

You say clearly! It would be easy to misinterpret the heading, and not read what was below in small print. Effectively the listing heading is misleading. If it is not a phone, it should have been listed in the accessories section.

It comes down to the fact the people bidding on it are stupid if they bid on it, not where it's listed. If they are stupid enough to not read an auction, well, it sucks to be them
