I love the fact that the WinXP taskbar is at the top of the screen, trying to make it appear even more like OSX, but not.

There should be a rule where every person has to have read every post in a thread before they can post. This thread for one would be a lot shorter!

See that little Spotlight icon in the top right corner of the thread "window"?

Would like to agree but if it's a 57-page thread

From a graphic designer's perspective, Channel Nine have the worst graphic design of all the TV stations... really sub-standard stuff. Terrible deep-etching (clipping), horrible font usage, crusty (pixelated) graphics everywhere and really unimaginative use of 3D motion. Even their TV sets are abysmal. Here is a television station that has no taste and no idea whatsoever when it comes to visual integrity.
So, in short... this iPhone mockup doesn't surprise me one bit

So no coverage in the mainstream media when the first story came out, only when CNET quote an Optus insider are the mainstream media claiming Optus are getting the iPhone.
If you read the CNET story it says that an Optus insider has confirmed Optus will be selling the iPhone along with other carriers.
So it's the original MacTalk story, confirmed by an Optus insider, yet every other outlet claims that CNET has broken the story that Optus will be getting the iPhone.

I second that! They have aweful typography all over the place. Take a good look at their weather segment it's shocking. Most of the TV stations have been shit for a while, with only SBS and 10 really turning it up and doing nice graphics. SBS News is a beautiful example of good design.

You think N9N has bad graphics, imagine watching it on WIN. A big fat [WIN] in the corner blocking everything in view and damaging Plasma screens.

I'll take a flash player quite happily though... Or is there something I don't yet know?
P.S Love how the Apple icon is distorted. Appears 9 dont even know what aspect ratio they're broadcasting in...
