Any networks with family plans?

Hi guys,
I live with tech savvy parents and we are all on different networks. Mum is on Optus Prepaid, Dad is on Telstra 3G (not NextG) and I'm on 3 Prepaid. We've decided that when Dad finishes his plan, we're going to all move to a network where we can get free calls to eachother. Optus says it's free but charges flagfall, and 3 only gives free calls when they're not roaming on Tel$tra. A friend just got onto a family plan with 3 but it's a business plan. (her Dad runs a business) Is there any way on any network where we can have, say, a $100 cap and share it among 3 phones and SIMs with no need for an ABN? If so, what network?
Thanks

3 give you 100 minutes free to other 3 users (on a $29 cap).

As you're in the ACT, look at Transact's MultiSIM packages, which offer exactly what you're after for non-business customers. Their call packages seem quite reasonable (although my only experience with their multiSIM plans is through my company) unless you use a lot of mobile data (ie iPhone) in which case stay well away.

I have 5 SIM cards on a $160 cap plan for my company - it doesn't matter who makes the calls, they are all charged from the same 'bucket' of call allowance. The only caveat is you have to spend at least 25c per month per SIM otherwise you incur a $5 fee for that SIM.

Transact are a virtual network provider using Vodafone's infrastructure so their coverage seems pretty good.

When I saw the subject line I was thinking of quite different things!!
Optus definitely has prepaid plans see here for quite a bit of info. You can 5 min calls for free - that sort of thing.
Pop into an OPtus or Telstra shop and ask for a brochure. I find the websites to be a bit whacked!

Edit: BTW if you live with them how about some walkie-talkies??
