Can't find a decent "To do" / Reminder app. Please help!

Hi guys,

Probably the most used feature of any phone I've owned in the past 12 years is the reminder/to do feature. i.e. A "to do" list, but with alarms.

As I'm sure many of you know, the iPhone is (amazingly) missing this feature. The closest you can get is adding an event (with alarm) to the calendar, but isn't terribly efficient, and messes up iCal.

I've tried the options available via Installer ("To Do" and "Mobile To Do"), and neither has the ability to set alarms/reminders.

I've seen a bunch of online lists, but I don't use mobile data (at all, only WiFi) so I'd like a self-contained solution.

SURELY there's a solution out there??

I find it amazing that my K750i had such a feature, which actually synced with iCal, yet Apple's own offering has no such feature.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
- Febs.

Febs , one of the biggest iPhone forums I've seen is the one at macosxhints. Try posting this question there to see if any lurkers there have an answer.

Good lord, iPhone has no to-do list?!

Dead set, my $99 Nokia POC has that capability (although it won't talk to my iBook, but I don't use iCal, I use Calendar on the phone exclusively.)
