OK, didn't initially realize the difference between the NextG and 3G network. So the iPhone will be out in 3G before NextG right? Yea, I'd be after NextG for rural coverage...

May as well wait now, Apple is trying to sue resellers of iPhone in Australia (and presumably elsewhere). The consequences are as yet unknown.
