Question Help: HTC TyTN II as HSDPA modem

Hi,

Just taken delivery of my new TyTN II and am looking forward to getting some mobile broadband happening from my MBP (santa rosa running 10.4.10). Anyone know if, or how, this can be done? HTC bundled software is all windows of course . I don't really care if I connect to the phone via bluetooth or USB, whichever's easier.

Help greatly appreciated!

They way i currenty do this is pair the bluetooth device to the mac,
open internet sharing program on the htc phone, select the connection and bluetooth as theoption for sharing, then press Connect,

Back to the mac after that click the bluetooth icon and click the device name,

this should be all that is needed

but remember you will top out the bluetooth bandwidth before you top out HSDPA

Cheers Hewball

Wow, that was easy! I was expecting a compatibility nightmare. Thanks hewball, works a treat!
Thanks also, exocet, I checked out that page and there's a script there for windows mobile. That'll hopefully sort me out if I need to go USB in the future.
