Smile iphone camera

If you are using windows, when you dock you will see an Apple iphone appear as an external drive. You can get your photos from there too.

An interesting feature is that once you download via iphoto and if you select do NOT delete originals, you can never get rid of them, because iphoto for whatever reason, doesnt allow import on subsequent docking.

Of course, I may have missed something important in a setting somewhere and would be grateful for edification

You can delet the pictures directly on the iphone. When you view them there is a trash can. What shits me is after i import the pictures & keep them on the phone everytime I dock iPhoto pops up asking to impot them again. If you turn off you cant turn on the automatic import.

I have disabled iPhoto to auto load no matter what...it shits me to tears when I just want to put my music on or even plug my nerd stick in to access a file. If I want photos off the device, I then just open it myself and import

I do have a duplicate problem though...
