they're offering it to people who purchased previously and now are experiencing a delay in delivery or those that have. They say something along the lines of the company growing being the reason.

I watched the video that they have on the site of how you put it on, and I'm kinda worried about that spray that you have to put on the film before you put it on... Can anyone shed some light as to what it is and what it does...

Hey Andrew, I bought just an iPhone screen protector fromt he Apple Store when i payed for my iPhone, and it comes with two screen protectors, so if you want one I *may* be able to sell you mine (depending on how good quality it is because if its not that good I will probably need the second one when the first gets buggered up)
The reason I am interested in this protector is that it covers the back of the iphone as well as the sides and screen which will let me use the iphone in its dock, as wll of the other silicone and all those cases are too thick to be used in the dock...

I've no idea what it is, but hat its for is to enable you to get the placement of the skin exactly right so you can move it around a bit on the surface of the phone to be certain. You don't want to have it sticking down all wrong, without being able to fix it. I think it also aids in bubble removal. I guess its alcohol based, because in putting it on your fingertips you will be removing any stray oils and dirt lodged there...
It does give me some anxieties but if you dont drown the skin or your fingers, you should be right. And, they do suggest 24 hours with the phone off and unused to let it all settle and dry properly.
The skins get a good rap from other sources, I am certain its all okay.

I bought 3 items of which the iPhone full shield was just one, it cost me $USD39.88 with free shipping. I don't know if that was because I ordered more than one item or what.
On today's rates, though, assuming free shipping, and with a 20% discount, the iPhone full skin would be $AUD22.53

I had one for my Nano & they are great. I sent my Nano back under warranty & (obviously) you don't get the shield back, so that's something to consider.
I soaked mine in water before applying, this enable you to position it correctly.
They are a pain in the arse to apply.
I said I would never buy another but I have ordered one for my Touch.

Looks good - and is just what I'm considering for my nice new iPod touch.
I also am slightly tentative with regard to this spray... and also what happens if you want to remove the Invisible Shield at any time in the future?
