I have found a way to restore to iPhone firmware version 1.0.2
Hey folks,

I have found a way to restore to iPhone firmware version 1.0.2. In iTunes on a Mac hold down the option key (or on Windows hold down the shift key) while pressing the Restore button and it does not connect to the net but uses the latest version of firmware in the iTunes firmware folder.

Hopefully this will help out a few people.

I also posted this on the dev wiki so they know too
