I'd believe it, I had a MD player stolen from a locker when I worked at Coles Prahran years ago.
What I don't understand is, who the hell steals a MD player!!!!!!

My son had a Sony MD player stolen from his school backpack at school. It was a few years ago.... they were worth shitloads at the time!

Nice!
Here's the real link, for non-Twitterers-
my proud effort of an iPhone Pouch. on TwitPic

Sort of like the Moshi pouch.

Yep, you're a girl alright. Nice, though...the pouch that is.

Can you coat those metal clips/clasps (whatever they are called!!) - don't want scratchy things near precious!

I think the screen of the iPhone needs more than just some scratch-resistant flimsy film.

I have used both the InvisibleShield and also bestskinever shields on my iPhones. Both highly recommended. I hate cases that add any bulk to the shape of the phone.

I read in another thread yesterday that someone dropped their iPhone and the screen smashed - even with a shield.

It was led-zep here,
and datacenter here.

The shields are more there for protecting from wear and tear. I wouldn't expect a glass screen to survive after a drop, although there are many out there that have

Yuck.

Why do people bother buying Apple products and then cover them with things like that. You lose half of what makes Apple products so much better, their looks!

Yeah, I don't think the devices are indestructible. If they hit with enough force, or a jagged edge then it's pop goes the weasel really... even with a screen protector on. Mostly, I'd say they are scratch protection.

I'm undecided on a case yet. I bought a nice Belkin one in the States last year at a AT&T store, but sold it with my last Gen 1 iphone. I like the style of the Vaja cases, and the Naked Case from the States..... but can't make up my mind as yet.

Has anyone got a foofpod for their iPhone? Been eying them off for a while. Looking at getting one for the iPhone plus my MBP.
Dont like cases while using the phone but I'd like something to protect it while not in use.

No. I get to keep the good looks - protected with an ultra-thin and very strong, super clear case.

I believe there is an Australian distributor now for the Case-Mate products:

This guy with the crappy website.

wow. You're right. I don't think they make a 3G version yet. And the Vaja is a 4 week wait evidently.

I just don't know how well the new plastic back will hold up to the daily grind.
