Ha! Don't want to put you off or anything, but I went absolutely nuts trying to get one of those shields on! The front goes on ok, but the back had me swearing like a trooper! Admittedly, I have a low tolerance threshold for fiddly things and a more patient (or anal?) soul may meet with more success. In the end I took the front off as well and just keep the phone in the little bag that my fishing sunnies came in. So far so good!
Cheers!

I wouldn't bother with the back to be honest. I'm thinking of getting a Bodyguardz as apparently they are clearer than IS. Also, you get 2 fronts for $15US.

Maybe wait till bestskinever releases some as they have top quality products (claimed to be as good as IS) yet cheaper. Also their service is awesome. They incorrectly gave me an ipod nano 2G skin instead of the 1G I've ordered and they threw in some extra skins -)

BTW. With the ZAGG Invisible Shield, they are not shipping until mid Suly. so if your planning to get an iPhone on launch date, take extra care until your shield comes.

If you can make your way to North Ryde, in Macquarie Centre, in the Loft there is a phone case shop/stall which sells a lot of iPhone cases, although they always seem to be selling out.

Not a bad look (comparable to the Moshi iPouch), however I'm not sure if I could handle the smell.

Touch is thinner than all iPhones. The new 3G iPhone is thicker than the old one in the middle, but thinner at the edges (curved back).

Believe it or not I had an MD player stolen out of an old sock in my bag back at school...
I think I'll be getting an Invisible Shield or something similar. I predict that the shiny plastic back of the iPhone3G is going to scuff like crazy.

For those considering BodyGuartz, there is an Aussie site that is the distributor here so you can avoid the expensive shipping from the USA.. All up AU$37.45 including shipping within Australia.
Scratchproofcovers.com.au
I was JUST about to order the Invisible Shield when I read some better reviews on the BodyGuartz suggesting their film is clearer and they also ship TWO films in their package so can sell the other or give to a friend.
