Old Style Menu Lingering

So my date/time menu seems to be odd, I can't get it to be current or something. For example I see this when selecting the time menu:
Click the image to open in full size.

Yet I get this when using the CPU menu:
Click the image to open in full size.

Any ideas why?

I assume you mean the black skin. Unfortunately that requires Mac OS X 10.5 and it looks like your still on 10.4

Ah makes sense, damn. Is there any way to get the ability to page through months in the menu?

i'm on leopard (10.5.4) and the date/time also has the "old" style.

as shown -

also the "new" style menu have funky "old" style bits at the top and bottom, that aren't in unsane1's screenshot.

see here -

loving istat menu's - even made a dontation!
these "problems" arent even a big deal, just wanting to bring them to the attention of the dev's.

thanks!

Sorry for the slow response.

The white borders you're seeing at the top and bottom of the menus are normal for OS X 10.5. We might have a way to remove them in a future update, but for iStat menus 1.3 they appear for everyone on Leopard.

The date and time menu can be changed here:
