I wish I could answer everything in full here, but as the case is still underway I'll keep what I say to public knowledge and facts (ie. no opinions!).

IceTV has previously asked the commercial TV stations to license their data with no success. We do work with SBS and ABC for their guides.

Even if IceTV lose this case to Nine, there will still be options available to us. These things are rarely black and white, so we'll just need to find a business model that complies 100% with the ruling, but still enables the great software we've developed and future endeavours.

We like the business we have and we think it's a service that people want and one that's useful.
