weird Date & Time problem with iStats menus 1.2
Hi,

I just started using iStates menus and it's great. I'm on OS X 10.5.2

The weird Date & Time issue I'm encountering is when I try to format the date & time, any spaces I put between date/time elements are ignored.

So I'm trying to do:

Mon<space>Dec<space>12,<space>1999<space><space>10 :55<space>AM

This comes out as:

MonDec12,199910:55AM

It should be coming out like:

Mon Dec 12, 1999 10:55 AM

If I separate the elements with some other character, like a dash/hyphen, it works as expected but that is of course not what I'm doing for.

Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know how to fix it or work around it?

Apple made a change in 10.5.2 thats causing the issue. We have an update coming soon to fix it (should be out within 24 hours). Until then you can manually edit the iStat menus preference file if you want (~/Library/Preferences/com.iSlayer.iStatMenusPreferences.plist)
