Its part of CHUD tools i think. Do you have a preference pane called "Processor" in System Preferences ?
There is some compatibility issues with iStat menus in the CHUD menu extra. Check out this thread for more info on that

You should be able to command-drag them out of the menubar

islayer just had to conect by ethernet instead of wireless the network indicators on the menu bar are stuck on zero but when you look at the pull down menu it is working ??

is it me ??

is it me ??
Go into the network section of the pref pane and check what the "Primary" interface is set too. The menubar values only show the bandwidth for whatever is set as primary.
