No he hasnt. We are just doing a few final tweaks before we send out the rest.
So far 3 people have copies and its been working perfectly for them so far.

From the screenshot this looks like a very neat little app. 
I'm happy to put my name down if you have a second round of beta testing.

From the left: - MarcoPolo - auto location switching
- MacFusion - pretty front end with more features for MacFUSE and sshfs ftpfs
- TextExpander - typing shortcuts + auto common spelling corrector
- Visor - Quake style console for terminal
- Shimo - pretty nice frontend for cisco vpn
- Lots of iStat Menu - guess :P
- iChat - you should know some of these
- iSync - built in

- Volume -built in
- iStat Bluetooth - guess
- Power - guess
- iStat Date/time - guess
- System lock - built in
- Spotlight - yes im running tiger
and on a 17 inch its not that bad really

...looking forward to testing it on my various 'pooters. i use menu meters now and its a pretty essential app. for me because of the amount of 'data' i get from usenet and transfer round on my network.
it looks like it will be a nice addition to the family, islayer!
