iStat Nano 2 - Out Now!
iStat Nano 2 - Out Now!

Our friends Brad & Marc have been working hard on their flagship widget, iStat Nano. It's been totally reworked and looks amazing. For more details on what the new version brings, check out the iSlayer blog post: http://islayer.com/blog/?p=150.

Great looking. But there are so many updates across the iStat range that it detracts from their beauty.

It depends how many istat products your running.
The last istat nano update was over 3 months ago and there was 2 months between the last 2 istat pro updates.
If your running both however the update time is obviously going to be smaller

I wonder if I am having trouble. I feel like every time I use dashboard it tells a new version is ready to install ???
Does that sound normal?

if your running the latest version and it still continues to say there is an update then there is definitely something wrong

I'd like to see the correct acronyms used for the measurements, such as mb -> MB,
kb -> Kb, termperature with a 'C' if Celsius (oh, and your -> you're). Thanks,

Good work guys, the new UI is slick. It took me a little while to "get" the navigation, but I think you've done an admirable job of presenting so much info in such a small amount of space.

Awesome work guys, it's fantastic. Esp. love the ability to read the temps of the different components of my intel iMac.
One suggestion, however. Updates can only be checked daily, unless you turn them off. How about making weekly / monthly update checks an option?
