Defiantly worth entering this competition boys and girls.

Oh man, how good is it? Instapaper changed my life. I really want it on an e-ink device (Kindle or similar).

Someone on Mactalk found the 8GB upgrade on the apple store about a month ago, but Apple still weren't offering it in the Macbook Pro upgrade on purchase so I don't think its happening. Anyone care to try it out?

8GB of RAM in new MacBooks? was the link for the original post

Although you can find the original 8GB page for the 15" Macbook Pro, it looks like Apple have removed it from here: Memory - Apple Store (Australia)

Another great podcast guys.

Particularly like the parts where Chris says the article about the new iPhone is s**t, as well as when Chris buys Dog Whistler... when he doesn't even have a dog.

Excellent podcast guys. Pity that school kid that chucked up in Harvey Norman. Heard so many good things about Dexter. Will have to look for the DVD at JB

Am I doing something wrong with downloading the AAC version of the podcast? It wants to play it like a video podcast. ie it will pause when the iphone goes into sleep mode or when I switch to another app.

Did you download the podcast directly from your iPhone? There is a bug with AAC podcasts and the iTunes-store-download-thing on the iPhone that makes that happen

You can get the MP3 version via the iPhone with no problems, it's just AAC that has this bug

'nuther great one guys! Triffic heads up on instapaper - downloading the lite version now to try. While I love what the kid did at HN, I kinda feel sorry for the poor bastard who bought it, hopefully well marked down! Bet they didn't tell him why though!!!

I'm also going through TIO at the moment to cancel my iPhone contract with Optarse... Occasionally all works well, but most of the time it's a crock of shit. They had 10 days to respond by tomorrow - we'll see.

I haven't actually listened to the episode yet, but is there a way to leave a voicemail without making a phone call, STD phone calls are sooooo expensive

Really? I never really considered that we'd sound similar. Interesting.
