An app that was initially approved, has been disabled after user-generated pics of underagers in various states of undress turned up on the app. Details here.
Note: That url is just to the Sydney Morning Herald, but it may set off your work's porn detectors. Can the app approval process get any worse?

Apple are in a really tricky place with this - if the App had been turned down because of "potential" for this to happen they would have been pulled up for it.
Now that it's happened Apple can actually say "Well you goody goodys that wanted more application access can see where that's lead us!"
