Hey guys, new user and first post. I Googled the iPhone update issue and it sent me here, the fix worked for me and it's now updating the carrier settings...... hang on....... it's worked!!!!


Just wanted to say thinks!

Once iTunes had installed 3.0, it asked to update carrier settings and that went without a hitch (considering it was having activation problems with the server). iTunes store is hammered, so I have 2 apps to update, but cannot download them. Meh, will do that when I come home from work. But I have 3.0 goodness now!

Well is it normal for the push settings in the main setting page to have disappeared after updating? And that the aceelorometer is slower?

i just updated to 3.0... umm its nothing different?

Where do i find MMS options? The only thing i noticed was a voice recorder?

Default Quick Tip: Check your sync preferences before you run out the door
I upgrade this morning just before I left for work. It was only when I got into the city and went to listen to a podcast that I found no content!! I also noticed that many of my apps are missing. I won't have them now till I get home tonight and re-sync.

Thank Science (south park ref) I can at least stream my favourite podcast and listen to LastFM.

Before you disconnect and head off to work check that your music/podcasts/apps are synced.

MMS option is built into SMS. Camera is beside the text box.
