Unhappy Airport Extreme Base & WD500 Ext Hard Drive
I recently installed an Airport Extreme Base Station and am trying to set up my iMac & MBP with "My Book".
I have the iMac wired via Firewire and it is working well. I have tried to connect the MBP via a USB cable as recommended in the book. No result.
The MBP has had "My Book" installed but of course the program disconnected when the Firewire cable was removed after installation. I then tried to reconnect via the USB cable but with no result.
I would appreciate any help.
