NetBIOS AirPort Extreme USB Drive Access PC

During the week I have brought an USB dual external hard drive case. The mac has no issues making the connection but on the PC side I am being asked to enable NetBIOS but I do not know where to look to enable it.

Probably, you need to go to the PC side, right-click the network connection, click Properties, General, Install, Protocol, NetBIOS Transport. Maybe.
