Advice on long range dual band router with USB printing

Hi

Just wondering if anyone could give advice on a long range router with USB connection for printing. Not sure if it would have to be dual band (competing with 2.4Ghz cordless phone)over approx 100ft (30M). Running connection G4 Quicksilver(Ethernet) to Titanium Powerbook (Wireless)both 10.4.11.
Looking at Apple Extreme but have been turned off by numerous recent posts.

Much appreciated

I've used both the Airport Extreme Base Station and the Time Capsule for wireless shared USB printing, and both have functioned very well. What posts have turned you off?

Hi

A few things out of the U.S in regard to reliability. Not sure if I'll be covered for the range I need
with Airport Extreme that's why I statred to look at 3rd party routers.

Both the AEBS and TC have extended range because they run 802.11n - and you can extend their ranges even further by adding Airport Express plugs. 100 ft is a long distance though, I've never tried connecting at that range before.

Pray do tell, I'm all ears...

My AEBSn works well with our Macs here and also works well with our Belkin router too. We have three wireless networks and two wireless phones, all concurrently active. The AEBSn never misses a beat (since I removed a rogue source of signal interference from the room) and the Belkin only goes down once every week or so...

The USB hardware attachments happily work of either router.

Just a tip to setting up: get it working with cables first and THEN unplug.
