AppleTV and iTunes password
Hi all.

Has anyone had this problem. I tried a search but didn't see anything related to this.

I changed my iTunes password about 6 weeks ago, and all is fine from my Mac. However, when I try to change the password on my AppleTV it says the password is incorrect and I must type in again.

I have tried everything, even doing a reset (not a factory reset), and powering off for approx 30 minutes. Still no go. I can browse the iTunes store, but cannot purchase anything.

I checked and it is set to the Australian store.

Any ideas oh knowledgeable ones

Not sure really..

I changed my itunes password on my mac a couple of weeks ago. Last night when I signed out and then signed into the apple TV again I used the new password that I created on my mac and it was all fine.

I should add, I haven't tried purchasing anything as yet.

I had the same issue when trying to change my email login address. Tryed a couple of times then wrote an Email and got it fixed.

I'm having a similar problem, when changing my sign in account on my apple tv, it tells me that my account is only available for the Aus store, but i have the aus store selected in the country.

is there anyway to sync it with my laptop itunes so i dont have to try and re type it all the time ?
