Replacement keyboard keys

Is there any place where I can buy replacement keys for the new aluminium/iMac keyboards?

The ':;' and 'L' keys have permanent texta all over them due to some careless exchange students not caring for other's things.

Are the keys on this keyboard even replaceable at all?

You would have to buy a complete replacement keyboard -- Apple don't sell keycaps as spare parts.

The keys use a variation of the scissor-switch mechanism, and whilst they can be individually removed and replaced, the process is incredibly fiddly.

Try a little modern stain remover on a rag, and don't get crazy with it or you will kill the keyboard.

Any suggestions on a brand? We're pretty limited with choice in this area.

it does on whiteboards.

and 'smart boards'.

I also need a replacement key - one of my keys got broken and now doesn't spring back up.

But I have three keyboards so it doesn't ROOOLY worry me that much just at the moment

Ok, so apparently 'Dissolvit' does actually work.

Thanks.
