Airport Extreme Base Station

I just got an email from Apple about the Airport Extreme Base Station on the email it mentioned "parental controls" but I can't see anything on the page that explains this.

Does anyone know what the "parental control" is, I have a 13 year old who has been caught looking at some inappropriate material on the internet and I want to see what I can do to limit this without standing by the computer every time he uses it.

Owned on his part.

Almost any decent brand router can do what they're probably classifying as parental controls. I know my netgear has a feature to block URLs that contain keywords, as well as the full URLs.

If he has a Mac you can always adjust the parental controls there.

And as Ben says, you should be able to add domain blocking to your router.
