Apple Airport Extreme Card - 802.11n on G5?
Hi there, I recently purchased an iMac G5 2nd hand from a mate, its a 17" 1.6GHz Rev. A (User Seviceable) and it doesn't have any wifi, I was wondering if I purchased a Apple Airport Extreme Card from streetwise, will that support 802.11n or only 802.11g, is the Upgrade even worth while? I currently have a g router, but if its worth it, I will be happy with upgrading to 802.11n. With my iMac G5 not having wifi in it now, will there still be an atenenna there to plug it into?

At the moment the aiport cards for that machine is only capable of g wireless cards

There should me a PCI-card round with mac support floating around that has 802.11N capabilities :S

Thanks a lot for the replys guys, I might wait a month or so for news on 802.11n for the PPC, if nothing comes I will get my hands on a wifi card, its not like I need it for mobility or anything, just the ability to have one less cable running up the hallway would be very nice.
