I like the first page and every page to have APPs that I use. I tried moving them to the last page but thats like sweeping dirt under your furniture.

I love the 3GS so far. Faster, yeah, but the additional storage is nice. The big winner is the Mrs who got my "Old" 11 month iPhone 3G and has suddenly realised how great they really are.

So far I have managed 3.5hrs of video and the battery is still at 38%. They say up to 10hrs, but I'd expect 5hrs, which is pretty good considering this is the first full charge. I dont think the 3G gets much different to this and thats after 11 months of use, and based on previous LiIon battery experience, it can only get slightly better in the first few weeks.

I think it depends on the software. If you use a proper GPS software instead of googlemap you will not have this problem. Even not all GPS software has the same error correction capability. In the past, my iGO could throw me off the road by 10 or 20 meters, but the newer versions has the ability to ensure your location "stick to the road". Also, some of them recognises that since satellite signal is trasnmitted not in a continuous fashion, they project ahead of where you should be so that it is closer to your actual location.

I think if you ask those who has already bought Sygic Mobile Map Australia they will tell you that it is much more accurate than googlemap.

Googlemap could be inconsitent. Today I used it for walking. Most of the time it is accurately showing my current position but also could show me one block away at times.

My guess is their "10hrs" claim would be if you had airport mode switched on.

You've got to say it in that voice that racist people use when they're talking to foreigners.

Say each word slowly and don't run your words. It didn't work at all the first thirty or so times I tried it. But I have a relatively deep voice and I mumble and run my words.

It works sometimes for me. Which is more than I can say for the Google search app.
