Anyone able to provide the MMS settings for 3? Been googling furiously and have come up with donuts.

Also, Once the settings have been entered, should I then see a camera in the SMS space? Even without putting the MMS settings in I would have thought an option to MMS would be visible to me...

EDIT: OK, so I just turned the phone off then back on. Appears the MMS settings have populated themselves and I now have the camera next to the SMS text box. Frustrating that it wouldn't be automatic, like getting rid of my APN information during the upgrade and then me freaking out when Safari wouldn't work... No, no, MMS isn't working.

Shamelessly ripped off Whirlpool:

Quote:
for mms settings i entered in the following

APN: 3services

Username: [blank]

Password: [blank]

MMSC: http://mmsc.three.net.au:10021/mmsc

MMS Proxy: 10.176.57.25:8799

MMS Max Message Size: [blank]

MMS UA Prof URL: [blank]

also after entering the mms settings go to settings > phone and enter in your number, it needs your mobile number in there
once you done that all works fine

Hello,
just a quick question (probly inb the wrong place)
but I have an iphone 3g 16g on 2.2.1 jailbroken and am using latest rebel sim.
but on three i cant seem to recieve calls and texts come through much later than they should.
I have been told this is because its 3g and three operate quicker speeds so it doesnt connect all the time. Is this true and his there a way of fixing this?
regards dave

I doubt it has anything to do with 3.

I've been running a 16Gb iPhone 3G with 3 since very late July last year, and I've never really had those issues; occasionally an SMS is delayed, but that seems to happen to other people on other networks from time to time, too.

I haven't, however jailbroken my phone, so I suspect that may have more to do with it than the 3 network.
