Hi MacTalkers,
About 4 months ago I bought a Griffin Nu Form iPhone 3G case from the Apple Online Store. Today, I just noticed that there was a big crack on the top left of the case. I then went and rang Apple regarding the issue and got directed to this website: The Apple Store (Australia) - returns_refund

However, on the link it doesn't state how long you have to return/refund the purchased item. In the returns section it states that the case is Outside the return period... I was just wondering who I should ring up to en quire about receiving a refund/return of the Griffin product, whether it be Griffin themselves or the Apple Online Store and what I should do about the situation?
