Hi all,
I bought an iphone through Telstra 3 weeks ago and up until yesterday had not a problem with it and was actually presently surprised with the features and ease of use. At 5pm yesterday, whilst using it for a voice call, I lost network coverage and have yet to get it back. I've tried turning the phone off and on, cleaned the SIM and defaulted the network settings all resulting in no change. The problem is not the SIM as its back in the old Nokia and has full service. Telstra have advised me to take it back into a Telstra shop but I'm hoping someone here can help me to save me running around in circles. |

Thanks Jessie...problem solved
Should anyone else have this issue, 1) create a back up in itunes 2) Whilst still in itunes, restore the original settings and apply any software updates. 3) Upon completion, restore personal settings from the back up and synch with itunes. Seems this was just a software glitch |
