I downloaded the 2.2 firmware for the iPhone 3G and I get error 1403, and I don't know if it's completely downloaded or not.. Does anyone know the checksum so I can check if it is complete or not?..
Thanks |

Just a simple test (although not authoritative):
Grab the ipsw and make a copy of it. Rename the copy to a .zip and see if it extracts. If it extracts, it's good. If not, it's bad. Redownload ipsw if corrupt and try to get it in 1 hit without pausing/disconnecting from the net. |

Go to the Apple Store and take a laptop with you.
You can do that in under a few hours. They close at 6PM today.
