I judged it by looking at the front-facing camera lens.

It's just a little grey dot, they didn't even bother to skew it to the iPhone's shape.

No idea why Apple would make a grey iPhone. It's more like a failed attempt at making it look aluminium.

No it doesn't, the one that decryption's friend has opened through flaps and was sealed, this box opens with a tab.
