Awesome. I've downloaded it, but have no iPhone yet to try it out. Does anyone know if a ZiPhone unlocked iPhone can be "fixed" using this app?

There's a step by step video from Engadget here.

Looks easier than the help file makes out but I've got a while to read through it.

There is also a very simple guide at Modmyifone. Not sure how it compares to the help files.

Thanks. That tutorial makes more sense than the help files.

I've got to this stage:
Click the image to open in full size.

I can't work out where to find the bootloader image files. The help file just says that they aren't packaged with the program.

Any idea anyone?

I was decided on ziphone, now I really don't know which way to go...

How does localization work now, is it all still the same (my understanding was you use the installer to install localizations)?

Sorry if thats a really stupid question...

Well, if it's a stupid question, colour me stupid as well.

My iPhone arrives next week and I'm going to go the iLiberty route and use Installer to do the localisation. Basically, use decryption's guide but use iLiberty instead of ziphone. I've seen enough mud on ziphone that a lot of it has stuck.

Doesn't stop me from being a bit bewildered by it all though....
