What is the best ram for my Macbook

Hi,

I have a black macbook. Im looking at putting in Swissbit or IMS ram, 4GB. Has anyone used this ram, whats it like? I see its guaranteed 4 life. Is there any better ram on the market?

Comments welcomed!

Vince

Personally I use Kingston when purchasing RAM for myself. Never heard of the brands you have mentioned.
Bought my kingston 4GB kit for my iMac C2E from Computer Memory Upgrades - RamCity

Any RAM will do. Just go for a brand you trust.

I buy OWC memory from Find the latest Performance Upgrades, Firewire and USB Hard Drives, SATA, Memory, Laptop Battery, and more at OWC

I use memoryx.net.

Only because I had to send images of my credit cards to OWC before they would fill my order. Otherwise, OWC has been v reliable in the past.

^ I have heard this before... but it has NEVER happened to me. Never had to show them anything. They're getting my service next time I need something.

kingston or corsair, however, macs these days are quite tolerant of generic ram.
