Red face battery not charging properly / displaying full charge?
My Mac book Pro battery does not disply full charge on the percentage indicator in OSX. When charged it seems to be sitting at 95%. Also, it can't seem to calculate the time remaining on the battery (it just displays "calculating remaining time").

Any ideas why this would be happening, would it be to do with bootcamp? Having said that, it has only started happening in the last week and windows has been installed for 6 months.

Tonight i am going to pull the battery out and put it back in to see if it just needs to be reminded that it is there, but any other suggestions would be good.

Location: With a Wine glass in hand
Try letting the battery run all the way down, until the computer sleeps. Then let it sit overnight without the charger plugged in.

Next morning plug in the charger and let it charge up.

If it doesn't say 100% after that you've got hassles.

95% or above is considered to be charged. Unless you drain it below 95% percent it will just stay there

On the issue of "calculating remaining time..."...

My Pismo is doing that too now under 10.4... is that a known problem?
